This variety produces flat roots of medium size with a thin dark red flesh. Early, it keeps very well during the winter. Beet is excellent in salads, raw or cooked and can also become a decorative element

Sowing advice:
1. Sowing: Sow from mid-April to July in the ground to 2 cm deep, in rows 25cm.
2. Thinning: When your plants have 3-4 leaves, pull the smallest and keep only the strongest. Perform this operation thinning twice 10 days apart, leaving only a beet every 20 cm.
3. Harvest: Harvest June to November.
